Printing labels for Pokémon cards, step by step

A label with name, set, number and QR code makes your toploaders and boxes instantly organised. With a mini label printer and the Collabel app you print them yourself, without ink.

What do you need?

An Android phone with the Collabel app.
A Bluetooth label printer, for example a NIIMBOT D110, Fichero or Phomemo D30. These print thermally: no ink, just the label roll.
A roll of labels that fits your printer (see below).

No label printer? Collabel also makes a PDF with all labels on A4 with cut lines, for your regular printer.

Which label size should you choose?

The size is printed on the box of your label roll. Choose exactly that size in the app, so the print fits and the printer stops in the right place.

Your first label in 5 steps

Add cards. Search for a card by name or number, or import your collection as CSV or Excel.
Choose the label size of your roll.
Adjust the design. Tap the name, set, number or QR code to move it or make it bigger.
Choose where the QR code goes. By default to search results with the price, or your own link per card.
Connect your printer over Bluetooth and print one test label first. All good? Print the rest.

Tips for a neat result

Always print one test label first and scan the code with your phone.
Long names are made smaller automatically, so everything stays within the label.
Stick the label on the toploader or sleeve, never on the card itself.
